Default No start condition

My brother has a 96 ford f150 straight 6. As he was driving on the hwy his serpentine belt came off as a result of the air pump pulley locking up on him. He coasted until the truck shut down on him. He said antifreeze came out of the engine somewhere. We changed the air pump and charged the battery as well as put a new belt on it.
Now the engine turns but doesn't start.

Can someone help us!

Is there any coolant coming from the exhaust? Check your plugs to see if they have coolant on them. Sounds like the engine may have been overheated and could have cracked a head. Hopefully it is something simple.
