1990 f150 351w. Truck sputtered and backfired one morning on the way to work but made it there, got ready to leave that night truck started drove maybe10 feet backfired and died. Can’t get spark to return since then.
I’ve replaced coil, icm, cap, rotor, ecm, and distributor. I will say something in my steering column also broke, could a broken ignition switch cause my issue?

If something in the column broke, you should have started there. Put the parts cannon down and do some diag. is the coil getting 12v? is its ground circuit interrupting like it should? What about your PIP and SPOUT circuits? Did you keep your old parts? Aftermarket dizzys (especially spectra/duralast/WAI/NAPA branded units) are notorious for their low quality.
Check key on voltage to the coil
Check to make sure the ignition switch is not coming apart
Follow a no start diagnosis flow chart in a book
Ford books are good
At this point I would inspect the caps in your processor
We all had, and I still have a spare TFI distributor
Plug one in and see if it sparks
Plug one of these TFI testers into it
I can drive a dead one into the shop using one of these
