Got a 95 f150. No spark at ignition coil. Changed coil ,rotary button,and cap. Checked pip wire with meter on icm 0 voltage until i turn it over and only goes up to 4 volts. Anymore suggestions would be grateful guys.Btw i have fuel.

 

I just had the same problems. I replaced the entire distributor because the contacts were visibly worn and slightly corroded. I also replaced the ignition coil and ICM. She fired right up.
