Default NO POWER STEERING...help

the other day i was driving my 93 f150 and my power steering went out...the power steering fluid is full and i just replaced the belt tensioner pulley assembly and still no power steering can anyone help me out or have any idea of wats goin on...please and thank you

My first guesses will be the power steering pump or possibly debris in the line. Try disconnecting the return line where it comes back to the reservior (you might have to plug the hole to keep the fluid in the reservior - I can't remember). Turn on the engine and see if you have fluid coming out. If nothing, disconnect the high pressure line at the steering box and check for pressure there. Hopefully just the pump or debris. Worst case -- new steering box.
