Default No power to starter

I have a 88 5.0L that is not getting power to the starter. I replaced the starter solenoid (twice), Ignition switch and it has a new battery. The starter has been tested and checks out. I've got lights and I can hear the fuel pump come on. Any help would be appreciated.

Check a wire between battery and solenoid. If tested ok - try to short the solenoid (in parking or neutral). If will crank - then something's wrong with ignition switch wiring.

Not sure if it applies to your truck or not but I had an old vette that would have no start situations similiar to your problem.. You may want to check the neutral safety switch, Sometimes it would crank & other times it would not but everything else worked fuel pump, lights, ect..... Once I changed that switch never had that problem again...

Just a thought...
