Default No Headlights,please help!!!

I noticed that my 30 amp fuse was blown in slot 16 that runs the cig. lighter,when i replaced the fuse it melted the fuse casing of the fuse and the wires to the lighter burned and started smoking and for some reason now i have no headlights,no radio,no dome light,no dash lights and i don't know what to do.any help would be great thanks!!!

sounds like theres a short in that circuit! i would remove the cig lighter fuse and replace all the other fuses that popped. prob need to replace the whole lighter assembly itself to fix the prob, but for now i would get rid of that fuse all together and replace the ones you need!

check the fusible links on the passenger side fender coming off of the starter solenoid. I bet you melted one.

x2, mine melted the wires coming into the cig lighter in the pull out tray a while back, replaced it with some bigger wire and all seems fine.
