Mine rattles at the driver side defroster vent only when the interior is hot. So a long trip with the heater full blast, or a hot day until the a/c cools the truck down. It's really the only rattle my truck has. But I can pick up a small amount on the dash at the vent and it stops. Haven't given it any time though, would like to know what it is.
