Default New engine

Would it be possible to buy one of the new 2011 5.0 engines and get it in my truck?

I don't see why not, but I would assume at a tremendous price. Engine, electronics, computer, custom Fab, ....

You will probably need a good chunk of the wiring harness, fuel system redesign/overhaul and whatever other system makes em tick, maybe even a whole new dash since everything today is all integrated systems.
