well after installing a new valve cover gasket, 4.9., i found that the electrical connector on the drivers side at the back of the engine has bare wires for about 1 & 1/2 inches from the plug. id like to be able to pull the pins out of the plug connector and install heat shrink tubing over them then reinstall them back into the plug. i can see a red bar down inside the plug but im not really sure how, or what, to depress to be able to pull the pins out. any one done this, i know they click in when you install them but how to get them out.
