Default Need Some Sensor Help

I have a 1994 F150 Ext Cab 5.0 I had a guy run some codes for me and came up as Vehicle Speed Sensor. I have already replaced the rear wheel sensor located on the rear differential, however Where is the Vehicle Speed Sensor located?

Also the guy I just bought the truck from put about 4 quarts to much transmission fluid in it. So I went to drain and replace it the other day however I noticed that a whole side of the pan bolts were under the frame of the truck so I could not get to them, how would I go about doing that? Lifting the truck up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The VSS is what you replaced tho the signal goes to the speedometer first
then to the EEC could have a bad wire from speedometer to EEC.

Well the sensor I replaced already was called the Rear Wheel ABS Sensor, and according to the "Experts" (<---- lol) at Autozone, the Vehicle Speed Sensor is completely different and located somewhere on the tranny. He showed me the two different sensors, one being the one I replaced and a different one which in their system is labeled as the Vehicle Speed Sensor.
