does any one know how to replace the c clip inside the hub after you have completed the axle assembly process - can't seem to get it back in place either i don't have enough axle left or i am doing something wrong

 

thanks -does anyone know how to replace the c clip after completing a axle assembly replacement i am having problems getting it back in - either the axle is to short now or i am doing something wrong
