Just got my 89 f-150 5.0 it's got a new idle control, new vacum lines, but it still idles real rough like loping, and when I'm headed down the road and come to a stop it will die. Any suggestions would be sppreciated

 

You could start by pulling codes, that might get you in the right direction.

 

Check the fuel pressure

 

X2. Also check for an intake manifold gasket leak.
