Default Need a new trans

Ok so long story, but my truck needs a new trans thanks to one of my exfriends, I cant find one cheap enough anywhere but I need a new one, it needs to match the 94 4.9l straight 6 engine, I know this isnt the cheapest or even the best option but my truck means alot to me and I dont want to let her go yet

Pull one from a junkyard, check out craigslist or look in the paper for someone selling or parting out an 87-96 F-150...

There's a place in Tampa that I was gonna buy one from. They pull em and sell em. I think they test ok too (not sure yet). They will sell online I believe. It was an option when mine went, but I had a rebuilt put in in the end. Let me know and I can send you the info. It may be worth callin em and finding out for yourself.

What tranny are you looking for? I'm north of Sarasota and there's a wealth of yards around here
