1 have a 1994 4x2 4.9l E4OD with 210K a couple of months ago it started idling up and down and would peridically, then one night it dies while driving down the road had to pull over and crank several times before it would start and has done it several times since, did a tune up, started reading on this forum about similar problems one post said to check PCM, since i wasnt getting any codes took it out had a capacitor about to fall off inside so replaced with remanufactured one from autozone, didnt help, changed IAC didnt help, truck has a horrible miss to it now that i changed computercalled parts house to get GRAY ICM they gave my wife the black one cant take back till tomorrow, truck doesnt have cats or smog pump, does have O2 sensor the only code i get now is 212 no tach to processor and EGR not opening cleaned EGR and replaced all vacuum lines, has new fuel filter cant figure out what the problem is holds bout 50 psi fuel pressure when running, only has rear tank
