Default need help finding a pcv hose

Im going over my 96 xl 4.9 and replacing a lot of fluids and components. When I went to replace my pcv valve, the rubber pcv tube disentegrated in my hand. Im trying to find a replacement tube, which is proving difficult as the Ford dealer here advised they are no longer made. The only thing ive been able to find online is general pcv tubing. Id prefer to use the tube that is made for the truck.

Anyone run into this problem?

Either use radiator/heater hose or go to the parts store to the Dorman/Help! section and find one.
