Default Need help diagnosing some codes [codes inside]

Okay so I've been getting an intermittent CEL for the past few weeks so I figured I'd hook up my scanner and see what it is. Couldn't be more confused right now.

Truck isn't really exhibiting any weird symptoms, the CEL will come on sometimes when I'm on the gas and might go off later. The transmission kind of "slams" into drive (ie when I shift from park it kind of jumps forward as soon as D is selected), but I'm not sure if that's related as it's done that as long as I've owned it and is sitting at 200k miles. Runs a little rough until it warms up but it's always been like that.

Here are the codes:

129 - Insufficient Manifold Absolute Pressure/Mass Air Flow Change During Dynamic Response Test KOER

167 - Insufficient Throttle Position Change During Dynamic Response Test

225 - Knock Not Sensed During Dynamic Response Test KOER

536 - Brake On/Off Circuit Failure/Not Actuated During KOER

632 - Torque Converter Solenoid Circuit Did Not Change States During KOER

Something makes me think the TPS could be causing all of these but what should I look at first?

The last two just sound like missed steps during the KOER tests. Did you press the brake and cycle the o/d switch?

How can I test the TPS? I'm pretty good with a multimeter... I'm guessing I'm gonna be testing resistance across the pins? What should I be looking for?
