Question need help diagnosing!

So for the past day or two i've been hearing a strange noise come from the middle-rear of my 1996 f150. Its not in the engine bay because i can rool down my windows and hear it come from the back. It sounds somewhat like a crackle and kind of resembles the sound of a spark when you try to ignite something. It doesn't make the nose when in neutral and you rev the engine and its not the breaks. If anyone has any suggestions or know what it might be please let me know. Thanks (driveshaft?)

Does it sound like a clicking noise when driving? May be u-joints binding or a bearing.
