Question Need help!!

Can anyone help me diagnose this problem. It has gradually gotten worse over time.

If I hold the steering wheel steady, the truck will gradually drift over to the left at a pretty good rate(almost as if I were to pass. This is at about 30 mph on residential roads where i test this. I have only tried this test once at 45 mph and it is worse.

On the interstate, it takes a lot of work to keep driving steady and straight, so I have to try and minimize my travel on the highway.

I think that it is an alignment problem, and I was wondering if anyone else either recognizes what this problemis, or has had to deal with it?

Thanks in advance for any help.
