Default Need Guidance

So I can't seem to get my truck started. Partly my fault since it's been sitting for over a year( who knew a brand new baby could take up so much of someone's time?). I am getting no codes through the code reader I have or through paper clip testing. Before the no start I replaced both tanks(rusty with holes) both tank pumps and the fuel filter and she ran. Parked her so I could put a flat bed on her since it was free and the bed looked like it was in a demolition derby. Finally finished the bed and tried to start to no avail. Was getting no fuel pressure per actron fuel pressure gauge. Couldn't feel or hear frame rail pump so replaced with an airtex and can no hear and feel it kick on, changed filter again just in case and still no start no pressure. I have switched to both tanks and the line is getting some fuel because when I take the gauge off there is a little bit of fuel that comes out but the gauge reads no pressure. I'm at a loss! Any guidance suggestions!!??

Sounds like the pumps arnt getting power. Check the relays/fuses. Any possibility you jacked up the pump wiring when changing the bed?

Rusty I did start it after the bed was put down initially and it ran. I can hear all the pumps in tank and external and hear the relays clicking. However when it tries to start during cranking I do hear a relay clicking. I thought if the relay was bad I would have no power to the pump? I do hear and feel the external and hear what I think is the internal. When I turn the key shouldn't the external prime the system and give the fuel rail pressure? Thanks for the response.
