The front end will bind, or hop, during turns if there is not sufficient slippage available - such as relatively snow-free pavement. This is not good for the diffy. My workaround is to keep the front end engaged (manual hubs here), then select between 2WD and 4WD as needed at the transfer case.

Without more info - suggest to verify that the tire size is the same on all four wheels, and going a bit more extreme, to validate that the front and rear axle ratios are the same.

everything is stock including the diff gears tires are the same side and there was plenty enough snow on the ground to allow slippage cuz in 2wd i was spinning. anything else it could be?

Lift the front end up, put it in 4x4, try turning the wheels and see if you can isolate any binds or something.
