Default mysterious whistling noise

1995 Ford F150 Reg Cab Long Box 4x4 300ci I6.

When I drive something from the front end is making an extremely aggravating whistling/squealing noise and i have no idea what is causing it!! just wondering if anyone has any idea what could be causing it and/or how to fix it.

here's a video i took of it last night, sorry sound quality isn't spectacular so you may have to turn it up a bit and listen for the noise.
Thanks.

Since it's constant, then it might be one of your pulley's. Worn bearing or just need an adjustment. Check those out

kinda creepy sounding on a dark back road by yourself lol.

does it change as you accelerate or stop? or turn? it sounds like a simple pully bearing like skidrow said. possibly a wheel bearing but i doubt it.

i used to have a 77 lincoln that made a sound like that. bearings in the alternator were shot. may not be the case with yours, but id look into it. i didnt know what it was till the alternator went. and when i replaced it...no more noise.

haha I was in a parking lot at 3am, just had enough of the stupid sound so I thought id ask what people think it could be. And yes the pitch seems to change between 10-50km, after that it seems to stay the same. When i am coming to a stop (15-0km) it gets very loud even when coasting to a stop.
All of the seals and bearings were all professionally replaced Dec 2 ($-708.58)
Oh and if i am driving on ice/snow and lock my tires up it goes away.. don't know if that helps ya any.

I had noise problem. I sound like it was coming from fire wall area on the drivers side. A friend helped me with this. He took apart the dash and oiled the cable that connects to the speedometer. The cable is surround by a tube of sorts. I had some crappy spray lubricant and that fixed the problem immediately. Hope this helps

I'm going to go w/ the hose to your PCV. They tent to collapse w/ use & exposure to oil, vapors & heat over time when Vacuum is applied. When they do this, they will sing to you.
