Default Mufflers?
Truck has a giant hole in the muffler, looking to replace it and I was wondering what will sound nice with my i6...I want something real cheap, that sounds pretty loud but not obnoxious. Thanks guys

Thats your chance to just do a straight pipe. Its probly the cheapest way too.

Hollow out the second cat and get rid of the muffler. Thats what my 4.9l has and it sounds real neat and not obnoxious

I went to autozone and got a turbo muffler for $40 at autozone. Makes my 5.0 rumble deep at idle and a nice tone through 1st and 2nd gear. Def not too loud

4.9 doesn't really sound like anything else, if anything my straight pipe sounds like when I chopped off the exhaust and removed the governor on our riding lawnmower... good times lol
