Question Muffler fitting?

I am thinking of buying a Dynomax Ultraflow welded muffler for my 93 XL f150. I love the sound and looked all around at different brands. Does anyone know if for sure these will fit in my truck? I have the straight six. Thanks and I appreciate all the help!

contact your local muffler shop, they should be able to customize your pipes a little to accommodate it. i imagine your stock size pipe is 2.5 inches, get the measurement of the muffler.

If you still have stock pipes on your truck, I believe they are 2.25" ID. And sure the muffler will fit - get it sized for 2.25" ID exhaust.

It's been a long time, so I don't remember exactly how the OEM muffler is set up - if it's center in/center out, or if one end is offset - you'll need to look at that before you get a muffler as well.

And... the stock muffler is about a mile long - plan on getting a section of tailpipe (also 2.25" ID) to make everything fit - and a few muffler clamps to finish the install.

Thanks! I did look under my truck today and measured, it is 2.25" and yeah! The muffler is so long! I never really realized it!

This is why I am getting a new system, now I am not sure if the Cat is actually opening/cracking up? And It looks to me since this muffler is so freaking long its just going in center out center? I couldnt really tell.
