Missing rubber hoses going to radiator?

I was just under my truck looking around and noticed this. Looks like it’s missing hoses but I’m not sure what it is or what it goes to.

If your looking at the yellow dial, its your drain plug for the radiator

If your talking about the petcock, there shouldn't be a hose attached to it to drain the radiator. You can install one to make less mess when draining.
