mirror help ASAP

so i got the trucker lookin mirrors on my truck and i got a problem. the passenger side wont stay in place!!

with every little bump the mirror moves so i cant even use it. what is a way that i can get it so stay temporarily. please help

does it have a bolt or anything you can tighten? or use some glue i guess

its all good guys. i fixed it with two bolts and some gorilla glue. if that comes lose, time for a new mirror
