Default Master Cylinder Bleed

I just replaced my calipers, and the fluid leaked and the master cylinder went dry.
Will my Motive Pressure bleeder bleed the master as well as the brakes?
Any comments/ suggestions?
Thanks!!!

pedal pumpless bleeder?

**** man, I'd suggest just getting a buddy over and just connecting a line to the bleed nut and pump, refill, rinse then repeat.

I've had mixed resaults with power bleeders. Best thing is getting someone to pump em. We have a BG power bleeder/flush machaine at work but I'd rather have somene pump.

Press the brakes, or use a board to hold the petal down, loosen the nuts on the lines going to the master, one at a time, only crack it, air should come out and not go into the line, tighten nut, relax petal, repeat until air gone, also cracking the nut might also bubble some air out of the lines. Also when cracking the nut it will also put a little fluid in the line to help bleed it.

I used the power bleeder after all. It got the air out however the pedal is a bit low. Now I'm on to getting the steering wheel to not face sideways when I'm going straight, lol. :-O

If the brakes are a little low, the rod between the booster and master is adjustable, all masters are not the same, so possibly it needs to be a turn or 2 longer on the rod.

Conman365,

Next time you are doing this, block the brake pedal with a 2x4 or something similar. Wedge it between the seat (move the seat if you have to) and the brake pedal so that the pedal is depressed 3 or 4 inches. When this is done the brake piston in the master cyl will block off the channel in the master cyl, essentially sealing off the master cyl and stopping the master cyl from draining down through your brake lines.
