MAP sensor going out or soemthing else?
sounds more like an ignition module to me than anything... or the dizzy...
anytime you install a NEW sensor you MUST unhook the battery and drain teh KAM and zero out the codes... this relearns the KAM and sets the parameter of the sensors...
beings you just switched the MAP it kept the record of the old one and now the new one is out of range according to the old one...
unhook the battery and turn on the head lights... touch the positive cable to the negative (unhooked from teh battery of coarse) and let it set 10 minutes then fire it up and go for a drive... after 30-50 miles recheck the codes

I didn't have the slightest idea that it can not have both.Im not that familiar with sensors.Yeah, autozone claimed my truck wasn't equipped with the MAF.
I unhooked the battery terminals last night for 30 mins.hooked them back up,went for a drive and came bk home w/o any issues OTHER than it stalling after it starting up the first, and only, time.I rechecked the codes and got 522 522 111 111,meaning all is well...for now.
After autozone heard my story of what happened why it stalls the very first time and ony the first time when started on a new day, they claimed it could be the ICM ( aka distributor) going bizerk. They can check it for free at the store.

yes check the module and replace if needed. i suggest them checking it a couple times. i just replaced the starter in my dodge yesterday, it passed with flying colors at one parts store, and wouldn't even turn at another. i was already 99% sure it was a starter problem, just wanted to confirm before i spent the 93 bucks.
thx for the tip/help.After work tomm, heading to autozone so they can test this ICM out,few times actually.I've never before have ever came across this issue with my truck, let alone heard of such a thing happening until few days ago.The only time it fails to start up is the very first time it starts up on a new day, anytime there after during the same day it runs perfectly fine.weird.
If it turns out to be the pump,I have a warranty. If it's the distributor, then i'll get a new one.

I have a major issue with my trucking not wanting to stay running. After work last night around midnightish,I ran out of gas next some peoples house middle of nowhere.1 hour later, buddy of mine showed up with some gas.turned it over few times letting the pump do its thing. It def has gas,but won't stay running at all.It just dies every single time.I couldn't even DRIVE it 5 feet w/o stalling on me.I don't know anymore about this truck. It has a new 3 month old pump/filter and brand spanking new map sensor. What else could it be? do i need new spark plugs? is it a vacuum leak? another bad sensor some where's? i'm running out of ideas.
