Lunging Forward
Truck: 95 Ford f150 4.9 5spd manual.
When driving in first or second the truck starts to lunge back and forth. The worst of it is in second gear at about 30mph. The lunging is hard enough to knock anything and everything off the seat with the least of it being in first at around 10. Now at 30mph if the truck starts lunging i have to give it more power (to about 32-35mph) for it to stop. It does not matter whether the truck is warmed up or dead cold it does it under both circumstances. All of this stops in third gear at least it isn't noticeable to me yet.
We recently replaced the IAC because of a small idle issue with the a/c which corrected the situation, new plugs and new ignition coil after the IAC was replaced and the truck idle's smooth. The cap and rotor is clean.
I will have it checked for codes but as of now the CEL is not on. I will post immediately if any codes show up.
