I have a 94 f150 XLT, 300 with 5 speed stick no AC or power anything it's a total base.... I replaced the heater core about a year ago and everything worked fine, then one day at the end of the season I turned the temperature to cold, the following morning I needed the defroster and I went to turn the temperature toward hot. And the **** moved half way and stopped. So I kept wiggling it back and forth on the way to work and finally it turned but now I'm not getting any heat.... it's luke warm at best. I looked behind the glove compartment and the lever and cable for the blend door move, I'm thinking maybe I broke the actual door somehow. How hard is it to replace the door? It's not the vacuum lines because the blend door is operated by a cable and I can direct the air to any position I want, I just can't make it warm.
