Default lower shock mount

I have the four shock set up ,( '95 F150 4X4) i broke the stud of the bottom shock (front of axle) where can i get the new bracket?
it bolts to the radius arm , or can the broken stud be drilled out and replaced with a regular bolt?

yes, the shock tower also, (the mounting bracket for the two shocks and the coil spring) it rusted in half so the bottom of the front shock was still fastened on but the top was not.
soaked the bottom nut with penitrating oil,and still broke the stud
