Lost steering
I was driving my truck today and turning into a parking lot. Mid turn the steering wheel got tight and I couldn't turn it anymore more.
Had to put some effort it to it but I was able to park the truck look over some stuff and then drive it home but there's definitely no power steering. The power steering fluid is good and full, there are no visible fluid leaks.
How would I determine in the power steering pumps gone or if the steering box is gone?

As it turns out, in my case, my battery was failing. It was a chilly day last week and, after an autostart, the voltage was too low to power the steering motor until the alternator kicked in. Luckily, with 400 miles left on the bumper-to-bumper, they replaced the battery for free.

Well crap... I was in another similar topic and scrolled down to reply, but it turns out that the forum shows related topics below and I scrolled down too far... Sorry about that!
