Default Loose steering

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and need some help. I have a 94 f150. Right now my steering is all over the place. I can't keep it in a strait line going down the highway. It almost Feels like im driving on ice. It drove fine until I put a 6 inch lift on it. it gets worse when the roads are wet. I know that every thing is torqued down and put together right. Tires are
Good too an I did an alinement. Camber is still a little off not sure if that will do it. Just looking for some ideas.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum, So before the lift the truck drove fine? Have you check tie rods, drag link or steering box?

From that picture it doesn't look like you have a steering stabilizer. can you post a pic of your truck in larger format?

No I don't have a stabilizer. I ordered one just waiting on it to come in but I don't think it's gonna fix this. Maybe make it better but it's bad. I've had jeeps with loose steering box ad bad toe rods theat drove 10x better the. This. It's to the point I won't drive it. And for me to say that it means something.

Fix the camber, get an alignment and add a steering stabilizer, that sounds like it would fix it.

Fixing the camber yourself isn't to horribly difficult to do, here is how. https://www.f150forum.com/f10/going-...126879/index3/

Well the stabilizer will definitively make a difference, and the front end just drifts around? What kind of suspension do you have? Looking at your display pic that truck must take quite the nose dive when turning sharply

Alright hopeful it is that easy. Another issue I'm having is my suspension is very stiff. When I hit even a small bump it feels like I have no suspension at all. That is since the lift too.

Yeah Drifts bad. I have superflex 6 inch springs and tuff country extended radius arms. And I won't turn sharply in it yet. Haha I seriously am afraid to drive it
