Well the IAC valve cannot cause a code itself as it's a solenoid, not a sensor. I don't have time to look up the codes at the moment, but you need to look at all of them, as some "sets of codes" are indicative of certain problems.

Also, there is a difference between a sensor fault code & a sensor that is coding "out of range".

Good job "AZ"!
I'm going to say you have a problem specific to your hego circuits the include their heater circuits.Possibly a wire grounding. Although when Hego's fail, "Lack of switching/ Lean, is most common.

Wondering if one Heater circuit grounded would take out the circuit for all three?

i would trace their wiring & look for insulation damage.

Anyway, that's my initial take. Anybody else got any other theories?

Yes it can, checkyour psi. Next time your check engine lights comes on and check your codes, if you have seven codes again I might consider the computer. I was told a rule of thumb is 6 or more codes it has a good chance to be a bad computer. I was just told this by my mechanic buddy, doesn't mean it is your case either. But I just wanted to throw that out there.

P0155- O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 2 sensor 1 (passenger side, sensor next to motor).
Heater in O2 bad, fuse or open or shorted circuit.

P0141- O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2 (driver side, sensor next to cat)
Heater in O2 bad, fuse or open or shorted circuit.

P0135- O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 1 (driver side, sensor next to motor).
Heater in O2 bad, fuse or open or shorted circuit.

P0174- System too lean bank 2(driver side)
Dirty or bad MAF, vacuum leak, bad fuel filter or low fuel pressure,

P0171- System too lean bank 2 (passenger side)
Dirty or bad MAF, vacuum leak, bad fuel filter or low fuel pressure.

P1151- Lack of Upstream heated oxygen sensor switch bank 2, sensor indicates lean condition.

P1131- Lack of Upstream heated oxygen sensor switch bank 1, sensor indicates lean condition.

I would suggest cleaning or replacing the MAF, checking the fuses to the O2 sensors heaters check for vacuum leaks, replace the fuel filter if you haven’t already do a fuel pressure check , clear the codes and try it again.
