It has two brackets that bolt to the frame and the grille guard bolts to the brackets. Nothings bolts to the bumper.
I do not have it installed yet.
No, they don't have pic's on their website.
Like I told someone else, just call them and they will help you with any questions you have about it fitting your truck.
Tell them you seen that they had this part number (E9TZ-8307-C - Brushed Aluminum) in stock and want to know if it will fit your truck. If it don't, ask them which part number does fit your truck and see if they have it in stock. They are real helpful and would rather not sell you the wrong part that won't fit.
