Default load miss

I have a 1988 f150 xlt lariat. It has a efi 302 with manual. The motor has 39,000 miles and the rest of the truck is 340,000. A few weeks ago I fixed a exhaust leak and the next morning j ticked a miss under load. Mostly low rpm. Idles great. I can.let out of fuel and ease back into it and usually not miss. In past two years I replaced the throttle position sensor and airfuel sensor. So I am asking what should be my most normal cause. I have been reading and YouTube watching and getting people saying it was anything from vacuum leak to bad egr to crank position censor. I personally am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to my truck but am at a loss. Would a good start be the plugs wire cap and rotor and censor inside the distributor. And I am getting no check engine lights or sefvice engine lights.
