Found this website and thought it would be helpful for anyone else out there to go along with the retrieve trouble codes... hopefully it will become a sticky right under it.
11 System PASS.
12 Cannot control rpm during KOER Sell-Test high rpm check.

Cannot control rpm during KOER Self-Test low rpm check.

PIP Circuit failure.

PCM Read Only Memory (ROM) teat failed.
