Lifting the rear end.
I want to raise the rear of my truck up some because since I put the 1 1/2 too 2 inch lift in the front it sets higher in the front than the rear. Just alittle bit but not to bad. I'm wanting to raise the rear up and have considered air shocks but now I think about it more I think i should lift the rear right with some blocks. But how big is the question. Would a equally 2 inch lift on the rear be good or should I lift it like 3 inches if they even got such a height. My next question is how hard and how do you work with the rear sway bar after lifting it. Or do you even. My next question is how hard is it to break loose them axle bolts. Last question is if you have to get new shocks for the rear, and how much will the blocks cost and stuff.
P.S. What am i getting myself into when I do this...thx

I would suggest getting in eBay motors and searching for lift kits for your year truck. There is a ton of stuff on eBay for lifting our trucks.
As for the axle bolts, I expect they will be a major PITA to break loose. You could "soak" them, over several days, in penetrating oil to help ease that process. You can get 2" blocks, or you could get an add-a-leaf kit to boost your rear spring pack.
From what I have seen/read on eBay, & JCWhitney, you don't necessarily need longer shocks with a 2" lift, but you can find them on both of those sites, and usually for a decent price. I recently got 4 new Rough Country shocks from JCWhitney for $26 each, which was 1/2 price.
