Lift and tire size

Lift and tire size
I recently bought a Low mileage regular cab F-150 to restore and I was wondering if anyone could help. I have attached some pictures of the look I’m going after. Does anyone know what lift and tire size some of the attached photos have? I don’t want too much spacing outside of the fender well and I’m think around 33” bfg AT’s. Not sure if I need leveling kit, front lift or front and rear lift

The red truck might be a 4" lift with 33's.
You can level the vehicle and run 32 or 33's. I had 32's for all the 14 years I owned a 1993 with leveling coils. Some would do the same level with 33's.
I also installed a 4" Rancho and kept the 32's.
The black truck almost looks stock, just no rake but the tire size looks stockish.
The blue one also looks stock with the alternate tire size offered in that time period. Perhaps one size up.
Stock size during those years on a 4x4 were P235/75-15 (28.88) and P265/75-15 (31.2)
Interesting that all trucks have the same rims.

No real recommendations. I'm out of the loop in those model years aside from a 4" lift or level the front up to the rear.
32's look good on the leveled. They are a bit on the small side for a 4" lift but they work.
I don't know what is offered these days for either choice. Back in the day they didn't make spacer kits but they do today but that's the part I don't know about -ride quality. In the 90's we changed the coil to an extended length instead of adding a spacer.
I think you could get 32x11.5 on the stock wheels, 33's may run the radius arms near lock.
I guess to sum up the options, an affordable route is a level kit, you'd have to look at what meets your budget. Or go for the full 4" kit. Not sure that much money is your goal on that age of vehicle though.
There are a handful of folks knowledgeable with that body style that may have other suggestions too.
