The leveling kit is easy no matter which way ya go, spacers or springs. only takes like an hour or two.
The body lift, i have the slightest, i haven't done one, but i can imagine it could be a pain, Just make sure the kit includes the steering extension.

The hardest part of the body lift i could imagine, (never done one), would be the bed, but i could imagince you're gonna need a full weekend if your new, at least. Pictures when your done.

I'm taking it as if you are talking about a body lift. The rear is going to be the more easy part throughout the whole process. All you have to do is take off the bed and the rest should be a breeze. As for the front, that's where your headache will insue. It's not as hard as ppl say it is but it can be a pain if you don't have paticent.
Oh, and how long it takes all depends on you and how much help you have. I had two of my buddies helping me and it took me a little over a day from morning til dark and a little of the next morning.
Good luck with it, post back the results.
