Default leveling kit.

Hey i have a 1994 f150 with a 5.0 and i was wanting to know if there was anything special i had to do to lvl it out like stearing slolm ect. besides the springs.
also i was contimplating on adding an extra leaf to the rear of my truck for more payload capasidy. if i did this it would raise the rear about 2 inched then i would need a 4 in set of springs in the front. if i did this is there any extra things i have to do to compensate for extra hight?

I do tree surgery, tree removal and i use this truck to trans port a lot of green wood and logs ect so the ability to add about 1k of weight without is sitting on the frame would be nice

Nothing else needed other than the springs (or spacers work too) as far as hardware to accomplish it.

Afterwards you WILL need an alignment. This takes bushings that are adjustable to tweak the camber back into spec. They may run $15-$30/each and 2 are needed total. (1 for each side)

Thats the long and the short of it. Everything else will be ok including break lines, electrical wires, steering column, ect.

4 inch lift springs in the front will also require new shocks - previous posts have said shocks have about 2 inches of play but more than that and you'll need new ones
