Hey Guys

I am looking at the Rough Country 2wd Leveling Kit for my 2wd 96 F150. It needs tires on the truck and I want to go with a 31x10.5 on the stock 15" wheels. Will the stock 15" wheel support the 31" tire accurately? Also what else would be needed along with the Rough Country Coil 2" Leveling Kit to make the job complete?

Any help is much appreciated!

yes. im running 31s on my stock 15x7.5 rims. shouldnt have any clearance problems at all either with the leveling kit.

 

I am also running the 31x10.5's on my 1996 F150 4x4.
You should be just fine!

I also forgot to mention that I am running the stock 15x7.5 rim...

 

What would be needed to run a 35" or a 36" tire on a 2wd 96? I know I will have to modify the suspension with a lift kit but I dont know what height to go with for that tire size. Thanks guys

according to rouch country's specs, you'd need a 6" lift to clear 35s. im sure you could clear 35s w/ a 4", but would get some MAJOR scrubbage.
