Default Leveling Kit

Hey everyone. New here and just picked up a 1991 2wd F150 Lariat 5.0. I am looking to level and put 31's on it. It has the twin I Beam. So far the best inexpensive solution I have found is Superlift 117 coils. Has anyone used these? What else would I need to go along with them? Shocks? I have also read I might need a caster adjustment bushing? Any advice would be appreciated. TIA. Here's the truck...

Here is my other Ford. I have been frequently on VMF for the last 10 years.

My '89 was nosing down in the front, wearing the tires on the inner side. Replaced with OEM spec springs from NAPA, raised almost 2 inches - guessing the coils had sagged through the years. Back at stock height - all was good again, even with the 31s.
