Not trying to get in the middle of all this, but most leveling kits I've seen and installed were for the front end.

I know a lot of people call dropping the back end leveling the truck and in a sense it is. I mean yeah, the rear is two inches higher. So lowering the rear would actually be leveling the truck as well. It seems to me that 4x guys like to use the front end kits and street guys like the rear kits...

I suppose it depends on what the person wants, but for what it's worth, a leveling kit is most always for the front end.

i have a 1994 2wd f150 and i went ahead and did a 2.5in leveling kit. it sits great although the tires will bow in slightly unless u buy wheel cams. with the leveling kit you can fit 33s comfortably underneath...so i guess if u drop the back end ur just gonna be low ridin but i can definetly tell u bigger tires look alot better

honestly i cant remember the brand of it. all i know is it was 2.5 inch leveling coils which was of course just brand new bigger coils and i paid $150 for them and it was very easy to instal just pop the old ones off put the new ones on good to go. like i said before when i was looking for my kit i was told by numerous people due to year of the truck go ahead and use new coils and do not use spacers
