I'm getting anywhere between 14 and 16. Depending on how I drive. I also have the 4.9 you probably have the 5.0

yeah i have a 5.0 5 speed... mostly city driving as well.... alright thanks man! much appreciated

Nope. Although I did change them about 10k miles ago... they had never been changed before that... if you have over 75k miles on your current shocks I would recommend changing them. It can only make your ride better!

haha my truck got 108k... i want to... but quad shocks... 50 a piece.. kinda pricey haha

Yea I think I got the cheap brand at auto zone and paid like $80 for them all

2.5" spacer, saggy *** 193k mile springs on 31x10.50s and stock wheels. I've got blocks under the back, new wheels, and a whole slew of stuff since this picture was taken

EDIT: Sorry they are saggy *** 155k mile springs in this picture haha

Sorry I just saw this comment. I dont remember the exact brand I'll look back at the box tomorrow when I wake up. But it was an aluminum billet spacer. Don't get the rubber one it will compress over time and you will loose your height.
