The only ones I saw said the will not fit my ext cab truck wth.

If you have leveling springs DO NOT! put a spacer under it. Unless you want to get a drop down bracket for your I-Beams. My 2.5" kit has me literally on the verge of unable to return to a good alignment.

Don't know. But if I get some f250 springs I will not need a leveling kit correct?

That is correct. The F250 springs should give you 1.5-2.0 inches of lift. No spacers required. They will stiffen up the front of the truck a bit though

the extended cab came with a stiffer coil from factory to make up for the extra weight of the bigger cab.
