Default Leaf Spring Shackle Bolts
So I posted a different thread on replacing my leaf springs with HD ones but what size Grade8 bolts should be used to attach the shackles to the frame? Thank abased God Bless

Same size as the ones you take out. But I wouldn't trust any aftermarket replacements. Hardware-store bolts aren't nearly as high-quality as OE fasteners. I'd clean up some decent ones from the JYs.

Mine are pretty rusty that’s why I was wondering but maybe I’ll soak them in some Coke and get them clean.

Vinegar. Especially the cleaning vinegar you get in the paint section.

Those are box hold down bolts. And I live where they put lots of salt on the roads every winter.
