the best place to get parts is truly the junk yard. I just put f250 springs on my 150 and it cost me $125 for the pair and took an hour to swap out (I used the torch to cut the bolts since I had new ones)

You can go through the trouble of taking the leafs out and apart replacing just the single broken one but that will take 5x's longer than just throwing a whole set of leafs in.

Your u bolt should still be fine unless its been twisted so only replace it if needed. The bushings if you buy a junk yard set will already be in there and if in decent shape no need to replace.

Otherwise...if you go new yes you will more than likely need new bushings.

Replace the ubolts as they are a torque yield bolt. That means that when you torque them down they will stretch, and they only stretch the same way once.

Rancho or superlift sells them, they have load levelers, i used the long soft ride in place of my broken one. Depends what spring is broke.
