My truck keeps stalling after it warms up. It usually stalls during up hill acceleration. The other day it stalled for a moment and started on its own while the truck was still in motion. I've replaced the coil, cap and rotor, battery, and egr sensor. The truck ran great on my way to work and died on the way home. (It also ate a starter and two solenoids but these issues may be unrelated)

Could very well be. Also check your power cables (+/-) and make sure it's not arcing on anything. Maybe they are related.
