Default Interior door handle

I'm a youngster that owns a '94 f150. A week ago when I was pulling the door handle on the inside to get out, it broke off in my hand. So I ordered a new handle on the Internet and it came in today. I need some directions for removing the plastic panel on the inside of the door, particularly where it attaches to the window and where the window roller downer is.
Anyone?

Might be some screws holding it on somewhere. Mine is inside my arm rest, in that crevice. If there isnt any screws holding it on, it might just pop off.

If it's anything like my '91, there's gonna be a screw on the little arm rest/pad thing, where you'd put your hand to pull the door shut, and another one on the top right corner of the driver panel. It's mostly held on by plastic pop rivets that will most likely break when you pull the panel off. As far as the window crank, there might be a C-ring holding the handle on. I can't help too much there, I have power

Ok I got everything loose but the only thing holding it in is the window roller. A friend of mine said to pull it "really hard" and it would come out. I'm a little cautious about doing that because I'm afraid it'll break and there goes another 20-30 dollars for a new part.
Any suggestions?

ok.. your window "roller downer" lol has a cover type thing on it. in your last picture you have your hand on it. just pull it off and twist it to the side, ill post a pic in a sec, and on my 95 there is a hex type screw in there and you just take that screw out and it comes right off.

anytime! spray some WD-40 or somthin like that on the hinge type thing that the handle goes on. if its like my dads it locked up and it broke because of that. WD-40 fixed it right up.

um i was able to just look through the hole and unbolt the handle through it without pulling the skin off. what did you pay for it. they run about $10 in the part stores here and $20 for the metal versions to which i plan on switching to.
