Ok so i've seen a few threads on this but still have a few questions.

On the TB there is a sticker that says dont spray whatever into the TB... so what can I spray in there?

#2: I used to just use cleaner and spray the TB and upper intake with the motor running... is this ok? I see most of you guys have removed the upper completely.

 

CRC throttle body and intake cleaner.
Don't wipe inside it. I remove it to get the back too, engine off
